OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES – ZAYINFLOWS $25 GLOBAL GIVEAWAY

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this promotional competition (“Competition”) is Zayinflows.

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open to natural persons who:

Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

Reside in an eligible country where this Competition is lawful;

Provide valid and accurate entry information.

Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Competition Period

The Competition begins on 6 January 2026 00:00 am CAT [Central African Time] and ends on 

1) 30 April 2026 23:59 pm CAT [Central African Time]

2) 31 May 2026 23:59 pm CAT [Central African Time]

3) 30 June 2026 23:59 pm CAT [Central African Time] 

(“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter (Free Entry)

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form by providing:

Full name;

Valid email address;

Country of residence;

Confirmation of age eligibility;

Acceptance of these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.

Only one free entry per person is permitted.

5. Optional Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional entries by completing optional actions, including but not limited to:

c) Listening to a Zayinflows album or content;

d) Answering a promotional or creative question;

6. Entry Limits & Fraud Prevention

Only one entry per person, per email address, and per device is permitted. The use of bots, automated systems, fake accounts, VPNs, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries.

8. Winner Notification & Verification

The selected winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and eligibility prior to awarding the prize.

9. Prize

The prize consists of USD $25 (or local currency equivalent at Sponsor’s discretion). The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted.

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by their jurisdiction or payment provider.

10. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered via a digital payment method selected by the Sponsor (such as PayPal or equivalent) within a reasonable period after verification.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Competition, verifying entries, and contacting the winner, in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, POPIA, and LGPD where applicable.

12. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may publish the winner’s first name, last initial, and country of residence for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
